The 4-H program has a wide range of volunteer opportunities and welcomes community members to share their skills, interests and time. You’ll find:

We rely on volunteers in all aspects of our program. The experience offers satisfaction, the opportunity to meet and work with others, the chance to grow your skills, and fun.

How to become a Volunteer

Any adult (18 years or older) is encouraged to become a 4-H volunteer! All it takes is 3 easy steps:

Enroll online as an adult volunteer (visit your county page for enrollment steps)
Complete a background check
Participate in a new volunteer orientation
